TURN AWAY FROM EVIL

Introduction:

Last week we began to talk about the importance and power of our choices

  • Deut 30:19 (ESV) – 19 I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live,
  • We talked about how we have a choice as to whether we will be an honourable vessel or a dishonourable one
  • Joshua 24:15 (ESV) – 15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
